30 Day Song Challenge | Day 26: A Song That You Can Play On An Instrument

Muscle Rollers by Feed Me

All I need is a rubber band, a pint glass, a whisk, a plastic comb, a piece of paper and my mouth and I’m good to go with this one.

Muscle Rollers, Feed Me

I played guitar a little bit once, but now I’m even more of a musical newb than I was then. Unless it’s tribal drumming you’re after that is. Or Chinese a bit. Then I’m your man.

30 Day Song Challenge | Day 18: A Song That You Wish You Heard On The Radio

Down With The Sickness by Disturbed

This needs no introduction. And if you need it to be introduced, why are you wasting time reading this? LISTEN!

Down With The Sickness, Disturbed

This isn’t the explicit version by the way; it’s got the abuse section taken out. Here’s the proper version.

30 Day Song Challenge | Day 17: A Song You Hear Often On The Radio

Price Tag, Jessie J (ft. B.o.B.)

It seems like every time I turn on the radio this is playing at the moment. I don’t mind though, because it’s quite catchy actually and especially after watching Zeitgeist it’s nice to hear something that isn’t on about ridiculous manufactured constraints and organised despair like this song.

30 Day Song Challenge | Day 14: A Song That No-One Would Expect You To Love

Dreaming on a World by Tracy Chapman

This one’s just one example – in fact I don’t think I’ve heard a song by Tracy Chapman that I don’t really like. They remind me of Spain like some previously mentioned songs do. They have a distinctly summery quality to their sound, well to me they do anyway. A lot of them are quite uplifting too.

It’s Snowing! (And a note about non-English comments)

Hey all,

It’s snowing on Thoughts of Schamael! Thanks to WordPress for this idea, it’s … so … pwetty!

Though if you’re anything like me, then you might have had enough of it by now – I actually hate the snow!

I also want to make a quick point about all the non-English comments I get. They automatically get blocked as spam, but I don’t want to offend anybody so I’ll explain here. If it’s in another language, then I cannot understand what it says, and as such I cannot very well moderate what it says! Most of them are in Russian as well, so I wouldn’t even have a clue what to do with them anyway!

So whatever you want to say, please at least stick it through Google Translate so we can get the basic idea of it. Thanks. :)

A belated happy December to you all,

Schamael
